9-Credits and Limited Enrollment

Since it’s a completive program, there’s a limited enrollment set up to ten. Students who complete 9 credits hours of the One Health training courses with a grade point average of 3.0 or more and who apply and are accepted into Duke graduate Global Health Institute programs may transfer all their 9 credits towards the new degree program.

Diverse and Interdisciplinary Approach

This program combines public health, veterinary health, and environmental health training. Additionally, the course work involved training in One Health, epidemiology, and virology (particularly influenza), as well as achieving better collaborations between US governmental agencies and various ministries of health or agriculture.
